The marking effect is achieved by directly breaking down the molecular chain of the material through short wavelength laser, It is mainly used for super fine marking and engraving, especially suitable for food ad medical packaging marking, micropore marking, High speed division of glass materials and complex graphic cutting of silicon wafer.
